libdvbpsi10 software package provides library for MPEG TS and DVB PSI tables decoding and generating, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdvbpsi10
libdvbpsi10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdvbpsi10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdvbpsi10 *
You will get with libdvbpsi10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
